Coaching sessions are conducted virtually/in-person, and we focus on tailored strategies to suit the reason for your signing up for coaching. Each session lasts one hour and some coaching plans include unlimited email support.

Our approach combines psychology-based strategies, data-driven techniques, and experiential exercises to help you achieve rapid results.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Zelle.
Do you offer refunds?
Our refund policy for one-on-one consulting is "Refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days before the service. After that, we offer credits towards future services." For membership, this is a month-to-month plan and can be cancelled 30 days prior to billing. No refunds for membership once time has passed.
Is there a discount for long-term membership?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for annual memberships. Contact us for more details.
